As a wedding photographer in Meppel, I’m Norah, and I’m in my element on your big day. My style blends lifestyle and documentary approaches: warm, colorful images that put real moments, small details and genuine emotion front and center. I believe the best wedding photos come when you can be yourselves — no stiff poses, but attention to spontaneous glances, soft touches and laughter that transport you back to that feeling. Why choose Norah Photography? I started wedding photography out of a love for people and their stories. After completing my photography studies at Landstede Zwolle (graduated 2016), I built extensive experience shooting wedding reportage across Drenthe and the surrounding region. I bring a calm, empathetic presence, guiding where needed and otherwise staying in the background: this creates a relaxed atmosphere where real moments naturally surface. Your wedding day will be documented with an eye for both composition and emotion — images you’ll cherish for years to come. How I work: we begin with an introductory meeting to discuss your wishes, locations and the vibe you want to see in your photos. Many couples opt for a loveshoot or engagement shoot beforehand — this helps you and me get comfortable working together and provides familiar images for invitations or social media. On the wedding day I offer gentle guidance for the moments that need it and remain unobtrusive during the ceremony and reception. After the event I carefully select and edit the images; you receive the finished photos via a clear, user-friendly online gallery. I love working locally in and around Meppel, but I travel for wedding reportages throughout the Netherlands. When desired, I collaborate with colleagues (for photo and video productions) to create a full visual record of your day. My mission is simple: to capture your wedding day in a tangible, timeless way so you can feel that same warmth and love again and again.
