I’m Nathalie de Kievit, a wedding photographer based in Dronten (Flevoland) with a clear mission: to capture your wedding day as purely and spontaneously as possible. My style is personal, relaxed and timeless — no stiff poses, only real moments. Whether it’s that first look, an unexpected smile or a tear of emotion, I look for the small details and authentic feelings that make your day unique. Working with me means choosing calm, trust and attention. I like to start with a no-obligation meeting so we can get to know each other and discuss your wishes. On the day itself I create a relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourselves. I mainly work with natural light and give little direction: through subtle prompts and playful moments I bring out the best of your togetherness without it feeling staged. As a wedding photographer I travel across the Netherlands and feel just as at home at an intimate ceremony as I do at a large outdoor celebration. My love for wild landscapes and natural settings is reflected in images that are airy and atmospheric. For special perspectives I also use a drone; this adds an extra dimension to locations and group photos and delivers breathtaking aerial overviews. For me it’s all about story and experience: I create a wedding reportage that brings you back to the feeling of that day. My approach is documentary and affectionate, with an eye for detail, movement and light. In addition to wedding reportages, I capture loveshoots — a lovely way to celebrate your connection as a couple and get comfortable in front of the camera beforehand. I like to work in a personal and involved way.
