And because two see more than one, I always work with two photographers for wedding coverage. That way we never miss an emotional detail and a richer visual story of your day can emerge. My approach is personal and tailored. We start with a consultation to discuss your wishes, style and the day’s schedule. Many couples choose a pre-wedding engagement shoot (love-shoot) beforehand to get to know each other and to rehearse in a relaxed way; for many this feels like a calm dress rehearsal and already produces lovely photos. On the day itself I work professionally and flexibly. I bring part of my studio equipment to the location when desired: from studio strobes to various backdrops and light modifiers. After the reportage I carefully select and edit the images in Photoshop and Lightroom — subtle and realistic, with attention to color fidelity and portrait refinement. You receive a preview via WeTransfer and ultimately the high-resolution files on USB or delivered according to your preference. What drives me is creating meaningful memories: photos that may comfort loved ones later and that make couples smile again and again. I work in a relaxed atmosphere, with a touch of humour when appropriate, and with fair, clear agreements — an agreement is an agreement.
