"A picture is worth a thousand words." This is the guiding principle of my work as a wedding photographer in Eibergen. I am Heleen of Heleen. Visual Storytelling, and with a warm, honest eye I capture the real moments of your day: the small smile, the tears, the details and the atmosphere. My style is relaxed and pure — I work as unobtrusively as possible so you can enjoy the day and the most beautiful, spontaneous images arise naturally. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? Because I see wedding photography and wedding films as a story that should be told. Not posed snapshots, but a wedding reportage that brings you back to how it felt. With years of experience documenting weddings I know when to anticipate and when to remain still. That is how photos and films are created that make you relive, move and laugh. How I work: we start with a personal meeting — I want to get to know you, your preferences and what truly matters on your day. On the wedding day itself I am present with attention to details and people; I capture moments unobtrusively and with respect for the natural flow of the day. In addition to photography I also offer wedding films, a beautiful complement that adds motion, sound and atmosphere so you can experience the whole day again and again. For couples who want to practise in front of the camera or want extra images, I offer couple shoots (engagement or pre-wedding sessions). These are ideal to get comfortable together in front of the camera and to create intimate, relaxed images before or after the big day. Based in Eibergen, I love working across the Achterhoek and throughout the Netherlands. My mission is always the same: to create images you are proud of that tell the story of your love clearly and warmly.
