I am Doris van Weert, the face behind In Beeld by Doris — a wedding photographer from Boxtel, working across North Brabant. Since December 2023 I have been photographing weddings with care and attention. My mission is simple: to create images that bring you back to the feeling of that day. Not overly posed, but honest, spontaneous and full of emotion. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? I specialize in warm, light and timeless wedding photography. I focus on the big moments — the vows, that first look — but also on the small details that make a day truly personal: a tear on your mother’s cheek, a smile shared between friends, or the way light falls through a window. My style is documentary and unobtrusive; I blend in with your guests and seek authentic moments so you can look back and relive the emotion of the day. How do I work with couples? We begin with a meeting so I can hear your wishes and see what suits you. On the day I am present but never intrusive — I provide calm and space and only give guidance when it’s needed, for example during your couple session, so it stays relaxed while producing beautiful images. I like to coordinate beforehand about atmosphere and locations so the imagery matches your story. I work with careful post-processing to ensure the photos feel warm and timeless — avoiding exaggerated trends — so they still look beautiful in years to come. In addition to photography, I occasionally offer short wedding videos as a complement, but my primary focus is creating unforgettable wedding reportages.
