Hi, I’m Joost — a wedding photographer based in Geertruidenberg. As a specialist in wedding photography I work from a love of minimalism and a desire to capture those small, meaningful moments. My photographic approach is honest and documentary-led: not posed spectacle, but calm, attention and the real emotions that make your day unique. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? My aim is that every wedding photo brings back the feeling of your day. How I work with couples: we start with an introductory meeting — preferably in person, but online works too. During that conversation I listen to your story and we identify the moments that matter most to you. On the wedding day I work in a documentary way: I observe, find the best light and capture moments that are genuine. For couples who want it, I also offer a loveshoot/engagement session — a relaxed way to get comfortable with me and the camera before the big day. Practical and reliable: I deliver images personally and with care; you will receive the selected digital files within a maximum of one week after your wedding so the reliving can begin quickly. As a professional member of DuPho I also ensure clear business arrangements and respect for copyright and usage rights. My work is born from curiosity about people and the ability to tell a story in silence.
