Hi! So glad you’re here. I’m Patty Kay, a wedding photographer based in Enkhuizen with a genuine passion for wedding photography. Since picking up my first DSLR in 2015, I’ve grown into a photographer who looks beyond pretty images to find the meaningful moments: the quiet glances, the sudden welling smile, and all the small emotional details that make your wedding day uniquely yours. My approach as a wedding photographer is honest and relaxed. I prefer to work in a documentary style: unobtrusively present, attentive to spontaneity, and respectful of your day. No stiff poses — just images that feel true to you. I aim to create a wedding reportage with room for emotion, atmosphere and recognizability, resulting in wedding photos you can still lose yourself in twenty years from now. For me, wedding photography is about connection and trust. Before the day we’ll have a conversation so I understand what matters to you, what you value and which moments you absolutely want captured. On the day itself I create a calm atmosphere so you can enjoy yourselves and I can capture your natural connection. My style is warm, timeless and focused on genuine emotion and detail. As a local wedding photographer in Enkhuizen, I know beautiful spots in the area and I’m happy to help you think through locations and moments that suit your story. Besides weddings, I also photograph families, maternity and portraits — but photographing your wedding day is my specialty and my true passion. After the shoot I carefully select and edit the images so you receive a cohesive collection that retells your day.
