As a wedding photographer based in Harenkarspel, I focus entirely on wedding photography that truly tells the story of your day. My style is warm, romantic and above all spontaneous: I love natural colors, soft light and moments that don’t feel staged. No stiff poses or forced smiles — just images that reflect how it felt in those special moments. Why choose Moments by Michelle? Because I work with care and a sense of humor. I’m someone who quickly connects with people, eases nerves and guides children (and adults) playfully so you can feel relaxed. That relaxed atmosphere translates into wedding photos you’ll genuinely want to look back on. Whether it’s a tearful moment during the ceremony, a casual hug at the evening celebration or an intimate portrait at golden hour, I capture it with warmth and an eye for detail. I often collaborate with my colleague Suzanne under the name Trouwschatten. That means two photographers on your day and — uniquely — two editing styles to choose from afterwards. Together we’ve photographed dozens of weddings and that experience allows us to present the full story of your day calmly and comprehensively. On request we can also provide video and drone footage, so your memories are preserved in multiple dimensions. How I work: we start with a no-obligation introductory meeting and a wedding date check so you quickly know if I’m available. For the day itself I make sure we have a relaxed schedule, with room for spontaneous moments and photo sessions during the most beautiful light of the day. I guide subtly, offer small directions when needed and above all let you be yourselves. Afterwards you’ll receive carefully selected and edited images that enhance the emotion and atmosphere of your wedding day. As a photographer from the Harenkarspel region I’m happy to work across North Holland and surrounding areas, from intimate venues to rural estates.
