As a wedding photographer based in Heemskerk, I’m Yvonne from Fotostudio ShootMe, and I specialize in wedding reportages that show the true story of your day. With more than ten years of experience we work deliberately from calm and attention: no forced poses, but moments as they happen — love, laughter, tears and the small details that make the difference later on. My approach is warm, personal and creative. Before the wedding we take plenty of time to get to know each other and discuss your wishes: which moments are important to you, which people absolutely must be photographed, and which style suits you best. On the day itself we work discreetly and professionally; I guide where needed (straightening the dress, brief posing hints) but remain unobtrusive so the spontaneity of your wedding day is preserved. Together with second shooter Marcel we form a team that captures everything from multiple angles — so you won’t miss any emotion or unexpected moment. Unique elements like a complimentary GoPro video of the ceremony and the use of specialised lenses (including the distinctive 200mm f/2) give our images a cinematic, dreamy quality that adds extra impact to your wedding photos. I believe great wedding photography starts with attention to light and atmosphere. My style ranges from soft and timeless to lively and colourful, always focused on pure emotion and strong compositions.
