I’m Emma from Studio Emma, a specialist wedding photographer based in Heerhugowaard. My passion is wedding photography that goes beyond pretty pictures: I capture the soft, spontaneous and sometimes unnoticed moments that truly make your wedding day. As a wedding photographer I work with attention, calm and a light, feminine style so the images reflect who you are. My approach is personal and intentional. Beforehand I take the time to hear your story: what this day means to you, which moments matter most, and how you want your photos to feel as warm memories later on. This preparation ensures I know where to be on the day without standing out. During the ceremony I blend unobtrusively among the guests; for posed portraits I give clear, relaxed guidance so you stay natural and confident. As a wedding reportage specialist I believe in a documentary approach with attention to detail. I look for light, emotion and compositions that capture both atmosphere and narrative — from intimate glances to small details like flowers, rings and the dress. My images are warm, honest and timeless; photos that bring you back to the feeling of that day. I photograph weddings across the Netherlands and feel at home with both intimate ceremonies and full celebration days. You don’t have to prove anything; my role is to help you relax and remember the day as it really was. With my background in communication and marketing I also understand how strong images support your story — especially when you share photos with family or create a wedding album. A loveshoot or engagement session is also available: a great way to get to know each other and to create relaxed, natural photos before the big day.
