As a wedding photographer based in Heerhugowaard, my heart is in wedding photography. Since 2015 I have captured weddings across North Holland and beyond, always with a single aim: to tell your day as honestly and lovingly as possible. My style is characterized by relaxed, authentic images where atmosphere and emotion take center stage. I specialize in wedding reportages and work from a place of trust and a personal approach. I combine a documentary, storytelling approach with short, relaxed portrait sessions where I give light direction — enough guidance to create beautiful images, but plenty of space for genuine moments. My working method is personal and practical: after your inquiry we schedule a get-to-know meeting (often via video call) to discuss your wishes, locations and the mood you want to create. That way I know exactly what matters to you and you’ll feel at ease long before the day begins. On the day itself I stay alert to details and unexpected moments: the first look, a tender smile during a speech, children playfully running between guests — those small things often become the most powerful memories. Behind my camera stands someone who loves people and their stories. Photography runs in my family (my uncle was also a photographer), and that passion shows in my sense of composition and timing.
