Congratulations on your engagement! I’m Noa Lohuis, a wedding photographer based in Almelo (born in Bornerbroek, working across Twente). I specialize in bridal photography and wedding reportage. My focus is on capturing the real moments: not overly posed images, but spontaneous, intimate and warm wedding photos that preserve the feeling of your day. My style is natural and reportage-like: I like to move among the guests and act as a quietly familiar presence rather than a conspicuous camera person. This approach ensures that emotions and small details—like a hand on a shoulder, a laugh or a glance—become truly visible in your wedding reportage. How do I work with couples? First we schedule a no-obligation introductory meeting so I can get to know you and we can discuss your wishes. On the day itself I pay attention to atmosphere, light and small moments, with the occasional wide shot for variety. Within 48 hours after the wedding you’ll receive a sneak peek; the full selection is carefully chosen and edited, after which you receive the images (the selection and editing process takes time because quality comes first). I take pride in my personal and warm way of working: a shoot or reportage with me is relaxed, enjoyable and gently joyful. Thanks to my formal photography training and years of passion, I deliver both technical quality and a human approach.
