I am Sandra Pouwels and wedding photography is my passion. As a specialist wedding photographer based in Hardenberg and the surrounding area, I capture the story of your wedding day with care and experience — having photographed more than 90 couples. My style is modern, relaxed and affectionate: I look for those pure, spontaneous moments when emotions are real and visible, not just posed portraits. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? Because I create wedding reportages that feel like a story — a sequence of images that bring together atmosphere, small details and genuine emotion. I work calmly and attentively so you feel at ease and the most natural, beautiful photos can emerge. I don’t focus only on staring straight at the camera; I aim for variety: reportage images, intimate portraits and joyful group photos, with a generous selection to choose from afterwards. How do I work with couples? We’ll meet for a no-obligation introduction so I can learn about your wishes and the schedule of the day. On the wedding day I help create a relaxed atmosphere; I give clear direction when needed but leave plenty of space for spontaneity. After the wedding you will receive a carefully edited selection of high-resolution images — often delivered on a USB stick — and you’ll get a preview that I can share on my business Facebook page if you’d like. What extras can you expect? I offer loveshoots — a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and perfect for your save-the-date or invitation — and when you book a full reportage I often offer a favourable price for the loveshoot. New to my wedding packages is the option of drone photography: exclusive aerial shots that make your reportage unique, subject to weather and permit conditions. I also provide luxury wedding albums in various sizes for couples who want a tangible keepsake. Beyond wedding photography I enjoy shooting family and maternity portraits, but my specialisation and passion lie in capturing weddings.
