As a wedding photographer based in Hardenberg I (Sharon) approach your wedding day with a deep love for real moments, refinement and the editorial touch that makes images feel timeless. My work blends a nostalgic aesthetic with a documentary mindset: I gently guide when needed, but mostly let the day and the emotion reveal themselves. I make an effort to get to know each couple so I can capture confidential, intimate moments during the day without forced posing. Whether it’s an intimate elopement in Amsterdam or a festive destination wedding further away, my eye seeks connection, light and the small details that truly tell the story of your day. I work both digitally and on film to emphasize that warm, timeless atmosphere — a style you’ll see throughout my portfolio and travel stories. My way of working is personal and relaxed. Before the wedding we talk about your wishes, locations and the feeling you want reflected in the images. On the day itself I create a calm atmosphere: I guide subtly, leave space for spontaneity and make sure you feel free to enjoy yourselves. Afterwards I deliver carefully edited images in my signature style — photographs that will carry your story forward. In addition to full wedding coverage I also offer engagement and love shoot sessions. These sessions are perfect for getting to know each other (and me) before the big day and often produce relaxed, natural images that work beautifully in your wedding album or on invitations. For couples who want something extra, I can add video material; a short, playful and emotional wedding film that complements the photography.
