Petit Fotografie — specialist in wedding photography from Gouda As a wedding photographer I focus entirely on capturing real moments and pure emotion. My name is Sjaan and I photograph your wedding day with a warm, natural touch: no stiff poses, but relaxed images that tell the story of your day. I work from Gouda and love guiding couples before, during and after their wedding day. Why choose Petit Fotografie? I specialize in wedding photography and wedding reportage. My strength lies in noticing small, moving details — a shared glance, a spontaneous laugh, the light on a bouquet — and turning those into wedding photos that keep touching you. I describe my style as warm & pure: soft tones, natural light and a hint of romance. By creating a relaxed atmosphere you feel free to be yourselves, and the most beautiful, unposed images emerge. How I work with couples Beforehand we discuss your wishes and the flow of the day so I know exactly where to be to capture your story authentically. On the day I guide where needed — offering calm direction and small prompts so you feel comfortable — while mainly staying in the background to capture spontaneous moments. I love working with natural light and frequently aim for Golden Hour portraits for extra-romantic wedding portraits. Aftercare and editing After the wedding I make a careful selection and edit the images with love and attention. You receive the photos in a personal online gallery where you can easily choose your favorites. My goal is not only to deliver photos, but to provide tangible memories that evoke emotion for years to come. My background and approach As a creative and perfectionist photographer with a warm heart for stories, I have been active in wedding photography for years. My approach is personal and involved — I believe a photoshoot should feel like a celebration and that joy should be visible in every wedding photo.
