I am Elinoor Veldman, a wedding photographer based in Leiden. My passion is capturing real moments: the small gestures, the unexpected glances and the tangible atmosphere that make your day unique. Over the years I have photographed hundreds of weddings at home and abroad, and I use that experience to document your wedding in a calm, honest manner. My approach focuses on spontaneity and respect for the natural flow of your wedding day. I am not a director who stages scenes; instead I look for the moments that emerge when people can be themselves. That means I observe attentively, stay in tune with the day’s rhythm and position myself in the right light to capture emotions and connections. The result is a reportage that not only shows how things looked, but tells the story of what really happened. What sets me apart is my attention to detail and atmosphere—elements that make a wedding reportage timeless. From a hand taking a bridal bouquet to the subtle texture of a family room where memories come together: I give space to the image so you can return to those feelings again and again. My photographs are intended as tangible memories for now and for future generations. Working together begins with getting to know each other. During the reportage I create a relaxed atmosphere: present and friendly, purposeful and attentive to both wedding portraits and spontaneous documentary moments.
