As a wedding photographer based in Vlaardingen I fully dedicate myself to wedding photography: the spontaneous glances, the small details and the moments that truly make your day. With nearly 150 couples who entrusted me with their wedding, I’ve learned how to be unobtrusive while ensuring nothing important is missed. Why choose me as your wedding photographer? My approach is personal and honest. I believe in relaxed, unstaged images — not contrived, but thoughtfully made. Guests often say: “We hardly noticed you were there!” That is exactly what I aim for: photos in which you recognise yourselves and that reopen the feelings of the day every time you look at them. How I work: we begin with an informal introductory meeting (I take my coffee black). During that meeting we explore your wishes, favourite locations and the moments that matter most to you. On the day itself I usually stay in the background; I disturb the atmosphere as little as possible but remain alert to those unexpected, moving scenes. For group shots or formal bridal portraits we take a little time so there is calm and space — always in a way that suits you. After the wedding I carefully select and edit the images. You’ll receive an online gallery to share with friends and family and can choose a handmade Konpoli wedding album — a tangible keepsake tailored to you. For couples who prefer to relax together beforehand I also offer engagement shoots and couples sessions; these are ideal for getting to know one another and becoming comfortable in front of the camera. Need extras for a bigger celebration? I work with reliable colleagues: a second shooter, a videographer or our popular green-screen service for fun party mementos are available on request. I mainly work from Vlaardingen and throughout the Rotterdam and The Hague region, but I photograph weddings across the Netherlands.
