How I work: we meet beforehand to discuss your plans and expectations. On the day I’m present as your wedding-day photographer without taking over the foreground. I pay attention to atmosphere, light and emotion and photograph both the major moments (ceremony, speeches, party) and the subtle details that will move you later. After the reportage I carefully select and edit the images with attention to color, tone and consistency. If you wish, you can later choose a thoughtfully designed wedding album — a tangible keepsake that tells the story of your day in book form. I live and work from Amersfoort but regularly travel across the country for weddings. Besides wedding photography I occasionally shoot engagement sessions and simple family photos, though my main focus and expertise remain wedding reportage. I also volunteer with Stichting Earlybirds; it’s important to me to use my camera to capture vulnerable, genuine moments.
